Tears and Faith: Agradaa’s Congregation Holds Prayer Service After 15-Year Jail Sentence
Just days after Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, was sentenced to 15 years in prison with hard labor, her loyal church members gathered in a deeply emotional service to pray for her.

Led by her husband, Sofo Asiamah, the congregation offered tearful prayers, calling on God to intervene spiritually despite the heavy legal sentence.
Asiamah urged the church to see beyond the physical punishment, declaring, “In the eyes of God, 15 years is nothing.”
Before his sermon, members observed a minute of silence in solidarity with their jailed leader.
The gathering, held under a banner of hope and unwavering faith, has divided public opinion online.
Critics question how followers continue to support a leader convicted of fraud, while others view it as a striking example of religious devotion.
The service has reignited debate about spiritual manipulation, blind loyalty, and the enduring influence of controversial religious figures in Ghana.
