And although the news has not been confirmed, netizens online, specifically on Twitter, have gone berserk over the said story of Bongo Ideas apprehension.
News just started spreading on social media alleging that Ghanaian social critic Bongo Ideas has been arrested reportedly by the National Security.
According to what is making rounds online, Bongo was picked up by the National Security at this dawn.
Most are claiming that Bongo was picked up following a critical piece he wrote about First Lady Rebecca Akufo Addo.
However, at the time of filing this report, it is still unclear if indeed Bongo has been picked up or not.
