Ghanaian media personality Bridget Otoo has sharply criticized Kumawood actor Lilwin following his and his management team’s controversial statement regarding the recent tragic death of a young boy in a car accident.
Lilwin and his team issued a statement attributing the accident and the child’s death to the father’s alleged negligence, claiming he could have prevented the incident by stopping the overspeeding and ensuring the child was seated in the back rather than the front seat.
Otoo took to her official social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, to express her outrage, labeling the statement as “foolish” and questioning Lilwin’s sensitivity and judgment. She wrote, “This is a very foolish statement from a halfwit who is as idiotic as the character they display on screen. This clown even went to the premiere of his movie.”
Additionally, Otoo called on the Ghana Police Service to take immediate action against Lilwin, urging, “@GhPoliceService do your job and arrest this clown who thinks he’s acting when a life of a boy has been cut short and a family is grieving a loss they would never recover from!”
