Celebrities and top government officials all over the world react to news of Rawlings’ death

The people of Ghana have been crushed with a devasted news as the Ex-President of the Republic of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings sadly passed away this afternoon after health complications due to COVID-19.

The news broke the hearts of many, which has led to posts about him flood the internet. Some people are of the view that in as much as he was hated by many because of some cruel actions he did during his tenure of office, he, however, managed to put Ghana in a better place, somehow.

As the longest-serving president in the history of Ghana, Rawlings obviously lived through generations and had a lot of people of his list of favourites.
