Ghanaian media personality Abeiku Santana wants the Kotoka International Airport closed down immediately to help curb the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country.
According to Abeiku Santana, Ghana will be able to managed Coronavirus in the country extremely well when the borders and entry point of the country are closed down.
Abeiku made the assertion speaking on Okay FM. He quizzed what Ghana will gain if the borders especially Kotoka International Airport remains open.
He added that the international airport needs to be shut down to be able to manage the cases recorded already rather than opening it to receive another case since all the cases recorded so far were imported.
Ghana has recorded 11 cases of the novel Coronavirus as of yesterday, 20 March 2020.
