Don’t Terminate My Daughter’s Pregnancy – Man Begs Authority After Impregnating His Daughter
A disengaged officer of the Department Of State Security Service (DSS) has allegedly been arrested for dubiously impregnating his daughter who is 16years old, claiming the devil led him into the act.
Parading the suspect identified as Eromosele on Wednesday by the River State Police Command, confessed he has been sleeping with the daughter for 4 years and impregnated her as well.
Eromosele asked the authorities not to terminate his daughter’s pregnancy, he also claims to now sell used clothes.
Speaking to newsmen, he said, “It is unfortunate but I have tried to fight this battle for a very long time but it seems it’s more than me, there is no reason I should deny, I am responsible for the pregnancy.
“I turned in myself, no police arrested me, I felt it was becoming too much for me to handle. I don’t know what is also wrong with my daughter, it’s kind of spiritual issue.
“I can come out to speak the truth, I am relieved if going to prison will set my daughter free if that is the only way, very good and fine.”
The command will charge the suspect with incest, the River State Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni affirmed.
