Electoral Commission Set to Announce Presidential Election Results Today — More Details About The Delay

The Electoral Commission of Ghana has announced that it will declare the results of the presidential election held on December 7 today, December 9.

According to a communique shared on the Commission’s social media platforms, the Electoral Commissioner, Jean Mensah, will officially announce the winner of the election at 4:30 pm at the EC corporate office in Accra.

This announcement comes after the successful conduct of the general election, which saw millions of Ghanaians casting their ballots to elect a new president and parliamentarians.

The Electoral Commission has been working tirelessly to collate and verify the results from all 276 constituencies across the country.
