A Ghanaian Car dealer Dzam Abotsi and businessman Nana Kwame Yanka have found themselves in legal trouble as they appear before the Accra Circuit Court.
Their charges revolve around the alleged defrauding of an American citizen to the tune of $1,205,000.
The accused individuals are facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit fraud and defrauding under false pretenses.
The crux of their alleged scheme involved promising the victim seven 20-footer containers filled with money, which ultimately turned out to be a case of deception.
