Ghanaians have made fun of Lilwin for his amazing English article regarding the illness of Nigerian celebrity John Okafor, also referred to as Mr. Ibu.
A few days ago, Mr. Ibu and his daughter made a public appeal for money so they could go overseas and help save his life.
Mr. Ibu, who was comatose on a hospital bed, was pleading with his supporters on Instagram to help him, or else his leg would have to be amputated.
While accompanying her father at the hospital, Mr. Ibu’s daughter bemoaned the fact that she had spent all of her money on costly medical bills.
Davido, a Nigerian musician, agreed to pool their resources to assist Mr. Ibu in getting back on his feet after being tagged by Rudeboy in the comments section.
Many celebrities have been posting his video ever since it went viral in an effort to raise more money for his surgery.
Lilwin was one of the celebrities who conveyed his sorrow over Mr. Ibu’s state. He pleaded with his Ghanaian supporters to help him in any way they could.
When they discovered he wasn’t the author, some Ghanaians made fun of him for the article.
