BREAKING: Ghana’s Chief Justice Self Isolate After Showing COVID-19 Symptoms
News reaching OccupyGh.com indicates that Ghana’s Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah, has gone into self-isolation on doctors’ advice after reportedly showing symptoms of COVID-19.
According to the statement signed by the Judicial Secretary, Cynthia Pamela Addo, Justice Anin-Yeboah took the decision based on advice from his doctors after showing mild symptoms of the novel coronavirus.
This comes hours after the Supreme Court adjourned all cases scheduled for hearing this week over fears of the coronavirus disease.
As referenced in the statement, Justice Anin Yeboah began his 14-day self-isolation yesterday, Tuesday, July 7, 2020, and will, therefore, be working from his official residence.
