Sometimes the way some madmen act in town is very annoying and if you don’t take hart you can hurt them with something.
Just recently, a madman threw a stone into someone’s car Glass and break the car glass leaving the person injured on his head as well.
In Ghana, we don’t have people in charge of catching mad people in town unlike abroad I mean the whites. You barely see mad people in town.
However, a mad man forcibly grabbed a lady in town and tried to harass her. The strength of the mad man is way stronger than the lady so he was conquering him but some men around came to her aid and saved her.
