Man Beaten To Pulp After Sneaking Into Girl's Dormitories

A young man alleged to be a s#x offender has been beaten to a pulp after he was caught sneaking into girls’ dormitories in an all-girls Senior High School in Taveta County, Kenya.

The man, Francis Maganga, is reported to have been sneaking into the girls’ dormitories and s#xually harassing the students since June 2019. He was finally cornered by the girls on Saturday and was beaten severely.

He is reported to have sneaked into the school and went straight to the bed of one of the girls and started touching her indecently. The girl raised an alarm which attracted other students who gave him a thorough beating. School authorities later handed him over to the police at Wundanyi Police Station.

Taita Sub-County Deputy Police Commander Daniel Mukumbu said the suspect sustained facial injuries following the beating and have launched investigations.

Police report that Francis may have been colluding with some students and security guards to gain entry into the dormitories. One of the students noted that they were courageous enough to corner him after he gained entry.

OccupyGh.com has gathered that the suspect is expected to be arraigned in court this week.
