A fairly old man who has been caught on camera trying to escape after narrowly killing a pedestrian has added more salt to his injury.
In a video posted online, a man was filmed while being stopped by police as a result of another civilian reporting him to the authorities for nearly killing someone on the street.
In an effort to defend himself, he tried calling someone on the phone, which was against the law and therefore ended up fighting the policeman who caught him to retrieve his phone.
