Accra Circle is known as the largest phone hub in Ghana followed by Madina. A circle is a place where you can get any phone of your type depending on your budget.
But there are risks, customers scam phone sellers whiles the sellers also scam the customer it’s 59/50, the strongest shall survive.
A man believed to be Nigerian used counterfeit money to go and buy the phone at the circle and unfortunately for him, he has been outsmarted and busted.
He was then made to sit on the floor and received some strokes of lashes as a punishment for coming to scam the sellers.
