Gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, died on April 8 following the alleged beating and molestation she received from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.
The Inspector of Police, Usman Alkali, has said Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, would be charged to court as soon as he is found culpable in her death.
However, mortuary attendants where Osinachi is being kept reportedly hear her sing her popular gospel song Ekwueme at midnight.
As it stands, the husband Peter Nwachukwu has denied the domestic violence allegations against him.
Although indicted, he is yet to be charged.
