Ghanaian Black Stars midfielder, Mubarak Wakaso has been spotted in the aftermath of yesterday’s game, in tears as Ghana loses to Tunisia in penalty kicks in the AFCON 2019 tournament.
Mubarak Wakaso who was awarded the Man of the Match, couldn’t control his tears, as he breaks down in tears during his interview.
Ghana lost to Tunisia at the round of 16 on penalties. Tunisia won by 5 goals to 4 after Caleb Ekuban missed one penalty for the Blackstars.
The Ghana Black Stars midfielder was captured on camera as he sat and cried with his award beside him after his splendid performance.
He Said; “I thought this tournament was for us because we’ve put in a lot of hard work. Now we need to think about the future.”
