Kumawood actress Matilda Asare is being attacked online for downplaying the #FixTheCountry movement yesterday while she was on UTV’s United Showbiz with Nana Ama McBrown.

While on the show last night, she bluntly asserted that she sees nothing to be fixed in Ghana, and therefore the movement was basically not needed.

“Personally, I think there’s nothing wrong in Ghana that needs to be fixed because everything is working. If you ask them what in Ghana needs to be fixed, they can’t give you a solid answer.

I, therefore, think the lights have not been off for four years so I do not support the movement.” Matilda Asare said answering a question from McBrown about the movement.

Well, fans and netizens who were not happy with what she said have found her on Instagram.

Some reactions on her page:

@keezy_allday: “I don’t follow stupid people like you , u people should unfollow her already , stupidness like this.”
