At the 2022 Afrochella, which took place on December 28 at the El-Wak Sports Stadium, dancehall superstar Shatta Wale asserted that no one could unseat him in the music business.
The performer said, “My name is Shatta Wale, and I’ve been doing this for years, and there’s nobody who can steal my territory,” at the conclusion of a brief interlude in his performance.
He said that he could perform even if there were only four festival-goers present before spewing profanity toward those he claimed didn’t believe in him.
