Pastor Love Spotted Jamming To King Paluta’s Song After Release From Prison

A trending video has surfaced online showing Pastor Hammond Love, popularly known as Pastor Love, enjoying King Paluta’s music in a moving car.

This comes after his release from Nsawam Medium Security Prison, where he was serving a 48-month prison sentence for theft.

The High Court in Accra granted Pastor Love bail on November 16th, with a bail sum of GHC2 million and two sureties who must own properties within Accra’s jurisdiction.

As part of his bail conditions, Pastor Love is required to surrender his passport to the court registry and report to the police every Tuesday.

Pastor Love’s release from prison has sparked mixed reactions, with some people expressing surprise at his swift bail.

The controversial man of God was convicted on October 1, 2024, by the Circuit Court in Accra for stealing a 2013 Toyota Highlander imported into Ghana in 2016.

King Paluta’s music, which Pastor Love was seen enjoying in the viral video, has been making waves in Ghana. The artist’s hit song “Makoma” has been featured in various church services, with some priests even using it to bless marriages.

However, not everyone has been pleased with the song’s popularity in religious settings, with one Catholic priest apologizing for singing it during a wedding ceremony.
