Shatta Wale, the Ghanaian dancehall musician who may have the largest fan base in Ghana, has discussed the origins of his conflict with Burna Boy in an interview with seasoned entertainment host Sammy Flex on Class TV.
The head of SM claimed that Burna Boy got into a fight with him after hearing some of the members who quit his squad and started disparaging him.
Despite that, he stated that he admires Burna Boy’s drive and is happy to see how his brand has grown since their 2017 collaboration on the song Hossana.
Burna Boy will always hold a special place in his heart as his “Gee,” despite the tension that currently exists between the two of them.
