In a locality in Uganda after catching a thief in an attempt to steal pal, oil was made to dance for 6 hours nonstop at the mercy of the community.
This is true from a new viral video that is currently making rounds on social media.
In the video, the thief is captured in high hopes as he boogies his pain and shame away.
Many were gathered to watch him as he put on his best dancing moves.
