Nigerien international, Victorien Adebayor has joined Legon Cities on loan from Danish side HB Køge because he failed to adapt in Denmark because of a number reasons. One of them was that the Danish side failed to his girlfriend to Denmark according to Sporting Director of HB Køge, Per Rud.

Victorien Adebayor joined Danish side HB Køge from Inter Allies where he scored 12 goals in the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League the season before he left for Denmark.
He scored 20 goals in 24 games for Inter Allies between 2018 and 2020.
He was targeted by Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak but big spenders Legon Cities were able to convince him to join them where he will be teaming up with Asamoah Gyan.
