At Kotoka International Airport today, a tense scene unfolded as a man and his mother were scheduled to fly to Lagos on a flight departing at 12 p.m. missed their flight.
The airline agent informed them that the check-in time indicated on the man’s ticket had closed at 10:45 AM.
This news led to a heated altercation between the man and the airline agent, with the man making threats against the agent.
Meanwhile, the man’s mother was in tears, trying to de-escalate the situation and bring calm to the airport terminal.
The incident left many travelers and airport staff watching in disbelief as tensions flared.
