An alleged madman who went viral for the popular phrase ‘Mona Mobl3’ has surfaced again in a video dancing to a piece of music made from his own phrase.
The madman can be seen in the viral video clad in dirty white apparel dancing to the new song that was made around his popular phrase.
Many who have seen this man in action have expressed that they don’t believe he is mad.
