Adwoa Safo, a member of parliament representing Dome Kwabenya, has once again stirred up controversy on social media by opting to give some gifts to her supporters.
In an effort to secure reelection to the House of Representatives, Safo has been on a tour of atonement recently.
Safo needs to win back the public’s faith after living in the United States of America for more than a year without working.
She and her team have determined that giving away free things to her constituency is the best way to do this.
Safo was seen giving some constituents yoghurt in an earlier video.
In a recent video, she appears to have moved on from yoghurt and is now distributing plantain chips and doughnuts.
Social media users responded to Safo’s n*ked attempts to get votes by criticising her.
One online user speculated that Safo may next be seen spreading kelewele.
The netizen responded to her video by writing, “Next thing she will share might be kelewele—black man, black sense.”
