<p><strong>A netizen has shared on social media that vendors in his vicinity are currently selling a Tigo Network sim for ¢600, over an 800% increase in price after Ghana experienced an internet outage.</strong></p>



<p>According to the netizens, following the internet outage that has hit West Africa and some parts of the world, AirtelTigo in Ghana seems to be working fine.</p>



<p>This has increased the demand for it, however, upon is request to buy a sim to enjoy the internet as well, he was shocked to find out that vendors have increased the cost to over 800%.</p>
