Senegalese-American singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and actor, Akon, has revealed that he indeed singed Sarkodie to his Konvict Music label.

Akon made the revelation in a press conference to address the media organized by entertainment mogul Bolar Ray, Akon said that he indeed signed Sarkodie and other African artists on his Konvict Music Record Label.
“Yes, I signed Sarkodie on Konvict Music,” Akon said.
According to Akon, PSquare and Wizkid were other acts he signed on the label at the time he put the Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie on the label.
