Recently, the Dansoman Circuit in Accra dismissed a case involving Henry Fitz and two others accused of sharing a private video of Ghanaian media personality Serwaa Amihere.
Reportedly, the judge cited jurisdictional limitations for the dismissal, indicating that the Circuit Court lacked the authority to hear the case. As a result, it falls upon the Ghana Police to pursue the matter in a High Court, with prosecution handled by the Attorney General’s Office.
Notably, none of the accused individuals were present during the court proceedings.
In the wake of this legal development, an unidentified individual has leaked another video featuring Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz. The content of this newly surfaced clip depicts intimate moments between the two, with Henry Fitz recording the encounter on a mobile device.
