A young man has been arrested in Ashaiman for allegedly stealing Cerelac from a shop in the same vicinity as per this new video.
This is true from a new viral video that has just surfaced on social media as privy to us at occuypygh.com.
In the video that is currently going viral, a young man is seen handcuffed with a bunch of stolen Cerelac in his pants.
The owner of the shop from where the food item was stolen from is heard crying out alleging that they have been stealing him all the time.
