Beautiful Level 100 Student Falls Into A “Polytank” And Dies – Full Details

A 100-level female student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun state, has reportedly passed away after she accidentally fell into a septic-tank at one of the school’s hostels.

The deceased has been identified as Heritage Ajibola from the department of Linguistics and African Languages.

She was said to have accidentally fell into the septic-tank on Wednesday afternoon, February 9, 2022 at Bver Hostel, Maintenance Hostels.

The students’ union president, Ogunperi Taofeek Olalekan, who confirmed her d#ath

in a statement said, “This incident is highly unfortunate. The Union mourns her. May her soul rest in peace. May God give her family, friends and course mates the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

It must be noted that Heritage’s d#ath was avoidable if the soakaway system was properly constructed and covered. It is saddening that this has happened despite the huge amounts of money paid by students for rent.

The Management of the Hostel must answer for the d#athof Heritage. The Union is immediately demanding justice for Heritage, with a view to forestalling a possible reoccurrence of this.”
