A clique of Ghana Black Stars players were spotted in a new viral video eating hot waakye from Nima community while on their to Comoros on a plane.
Ghana will play Comoros on Tuesday at 4:00pm as a second feature on their campaign to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
On their way to Comoros, the Ghanaian players, Gideon Mensah, goalkeeper Ati Zigi, and a few other players took their time off their plane rest to eat some hot Nima Waakye.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was spotted standing and munching on his pack of waakye with his hand.
