According to the details gathered by OccupyGh.com, actress Destiny Etiko, and her colleagues were involved in the accident from the funeral grounds of late actor Stanley Okoro.
Stanley Okoro who reportedly died from suspected food poisoning was laid to rest.
From the grounds back home is when the unfortunate accident happened.
