Bekwai: Building Collapses on ‘Demolition Man’

A 46-year-old ‘demolition man’ Paul Agab has been stuck under a building that collapsed on him at Bekwai, a town and the capital of the Bekwai Municipal, a municipality in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

According to the details gathered by OccupyGh.com, Paul Agab had been hired by Osei Assibey, Charles Addae, and Kwaku Afriyie who are a family to pull down their old family house for reconstruction on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at about noon at Dominase near Bekwai in the Ashanti Region.

A police situational report revealed that in the process of executing the contract, the building collapsed on Paul Agab who was rushed to Dominase SDA hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead while on admission.

They body has since deposited at the Bekwai Municipal Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy.
