A small-scale mining company is in search of a delivery guy, known as Bukom Banku, for allegedly absconding with gold worth over 800,000 cedis.
Last Friday, Bukom Banku was entrusted with the task of delivering the gold from Manso Datano to a buyer in Adubia but has since vanished.
Interestingly, his phone remains active, yet he either declines calls or remains silent upon answering.
Recent sightings place him in Techiman, with suspicions that he may be attempting to flee across the country’s border.
Efforts to apprehend him and recover the missing gold have intensified in the last hours.
