Chaos erupted at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra when passengers arriving from London on a British Airways flight discovered their luggage had not been unloaded from the plane.
The unexpected turn of events sparked a heated confrontation between the frustrated travelers and airline staff.
Ghanaian passengers on the flight were particularly incensed, taking to social media to express their outrage. One passenger vented their frustration, citing a history of poor treatment by the airline, including subpar terminals, lengthy walks to boarding gates, and substandard in-flight meals.

The passenger’s post read: “British_airways has never treated Ghanaian passengers from the UK right… Awful food served on flight & to make matters worse, misplace luggage’s of passengers who go through all this after paying good money for their flights & services.”
The incident has raised questions about the airline’s handling of passenger luggage and its treatment of customers, particularly those traveling from the UK to Ghana. British Airways has yet to comment on the matter.
