The footage captures the exact moment the young man who was seen crying, rolling on the floor, and screaming on top of his voice that he’s no more interested in the blood money.
People around could be heard trying to calm the young man, which proved futile. One man can be seen trying to talk the alleged sakawa man to calm down.
