The notorious armed robbers who attacked and killed Constable Emmanuel Osei have allegedly been arrested and beaten mercilessly.

The video sighted by OccupyGh.com captures the exact moment two armed robbers were brutalized like goats after they were caught stealing.
The Ghana Police is yet to react to the viral video and to confirm if indeed those were the killers of Constable Emmanuel Osei.
