
<p style="font-size:25px">Ghana Police have met their meter. A <a href="https://occupygh.com/category/videos">video</a> going viral over the days has captured the very moment about 5 Police Officers couldn&#8217;t handcuff an offender.</p>



<p>The Offender whose name was withheld reportedly beat one MMTD person to a pulp after a heated argument which resulted in his arrest.</p>

<p>The culprit was really strong and was able to resist the Police Officers trying to handcuff him but they took him away without being able to handcuff him.</p>
