Ghana Police have met their meter. A video going viral over the days has captured the very moment about 5 Police Officers couldn’t handcuff an offender.
The Offender whose name was withheld reportedly beat one MMTD person to a pulp after a heated argument which resulted in his arrest.
The culprit was really strong and was able to resist the Police Officers trying to handcuff him but they took him away without being able to handcuff him.
This happened in Dansoman.
