Nigerian singer Rema is reported to have died today. Don Jazzy reacts to the news of Rema’s death.

The news surfaced after a Wikipedia bio of the singer asserted that Rema passed on on 1st February 2020.

A Snippet of his Bio on Wikipedia reads that he was born on May 1st, 2000 and died on February 1st, 2020.

Rema’s Wikipedia bio at the time of writing this article reads:

“Rema (musician) Divine Ikubor (born May 1, 2000), and died on February 1, 2020, at 12:29 a.m. known best known as Rema, is a Nigerian singer and rapper. In 2019, he signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records.”
