Duane “Keefe D” Davis Arrested In Connection To 1996 Murder Of Tupac Shakur

Duane Keith “Keefe D” Davis is an American member of the California-based gang known as The South Side Compton Crips. Davis, a childhood friend of N.W.A. frontman Eazy-E, is alleged to have been involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

After 27 years of Tupac Shakur’s passing, Duane Keith “Keefe D” Davis has been indicted by a Nevada grand jury in the long-unsolved killing of the rapper.

Davis was arrested early Friday morning in connection to the 1996 murder of Tupac.

When Did Tupac Pass Away?

Tupac Shakur, the American rapper and actor, died on September 13, 1996, at the age of 25...

He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 7, 1996, while he was riding in a car with Death Row Records founder Marion “Suge” Knight.

Tupac Shakur was taken to the hospital after the shooting and underwent multiple surgeries, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries six days later on September 13, 1996.
