
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Felicia Obeng, a Ghanaian woman living in Worcester, USA has been shot dead per new details available to occupygh.com.</strong></p>



<p>Felicia Obeng, 41-year-old was fatally shot alongside another Ghanaian woman believed to be her mother-in-law.</p>

<p>Both women were reportedly shot in an attack, Felicia however did not survive.</p>



<p>The deceased Ghanaian sadly left behind two boys – a 9-year-old and a 4-year-old.</p>



<p>Boston 25 news reports that the two women were shot at 629 Cambridge Street.</p>



<p>Police were dispatched to the neighborhood after a gun detection system heard gunshots, Worcester PD said.</p>



<p>They found the two women with gunshot wounds – Felicia didn’t make it but her fellow Ghanaian survived.</p>



<p>The incident occurred the night of Saturday, July 16th, 2022.</p>



<p>A statement from Worcester PD read: “On July 16th, 2022 at about 7:05 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of Cambridge St for a report of a ShotSpotter activation. While on their way to the call, officers were informed that someone had called in reporting a gunshot victim.”</p>



<p>“When officers arrived, they located a forty-one-year-old female gunshot victim. This victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Officers located a second gunshot victim on the scene with less serious wounds. She was transported to the hospital for treatment,” the statement added.</p>



<p>Police were at the scene all night investigating the crime, Boston 25 news reports.</p>



<p>Speaking to the late Ghanaian family members, they narrated what happened before the shooting to Boston 25 news.</p>



<p>“My sister-in-law [was shot]. She was sitting with her mother and my brother was at the back. So we heard a gunshot and he came and the mother and my sister-in-law were shot,” the deceased’s sister-in-law, Grace Asare, narrated.</p>
