
<p class="has-medium-font-size">A lone Ghanaian man who was captured on CCTV spreading toilet on the face of a random woman in the USA has been arrested by states authorities.</p>



<p>The man who has been identified as Frank Abrokwa, 43, is seen in the viral video as he smashes excretes on the face of a woman Monday around 5:15 pm.</p>

<p>The incident reportedly happened on E241 St subway station in the Bronx, USA.</p>



<p>No apparent motive has been identified as yet. Speaking in Spanish, the victim says he spread it all over her face and into her hair.</p>
