A lone Ghanaian man who was captured on CCTV spreading toilet on the face of a random woman in the USA has been arrested by states authorities.
The man who has been identified as Frank Abrokwa, 43, is seen in the viral video as he smashes excretes on the face of a woman Monday around 5:15 pm.
The incident reportedly happened on E241 St subway station in the Bronx, USA.
No apparent motive has been identified as yet. Speaking in Spanish, the victim says he spread it all over her face and into her hair.
