As per a viral video available to us at occupygh.com, a Ghanaian man Adu Asare decided to mark his 41st birthday in the company of monkeys rather than human friends.
A video capturing the unconventional celebration shows Asare cutting a birthday cake at the zoo, surrounded by curious monkeys.
To add to the charm of the celebration, Asare had a basket of bananas, which he joyfully distributed to the monkeys around him.
When questioned about this peculiar choice, Asare revealed that he was inspired by a cautionary tale: a man from America celebrated his birthday with friends in Ghana and tragically passed away shortly after.
Asare’s video has since sparked up a stir online with netizens calling for the sanity of the birthday man to be checked.
