Hiplife artist Sista Afia has revealed that her motivation to persevere in her career stems from a dream she had of receiving a GRAMMY Award.
In an interview with Starr FM, Sista Afia shared that despite feeling discouraged at times due to what she perceives as a lack of recognition for her hard work, the dream of winning a GRAMMY keeps her driven.
“I had a dream of receiving a GRAMMY Award, and that has been my motivation over the years. Even when I feel like giving up, I remember my dream and push forward. I believe that with hard work, dreams can become reality,” she explained.
Sista Afia has previously voiced her frustration with Charter House for not acknowledging her efforts in the music industry. However, she revealed that during low moments, she turns to prayer and fasting for strength.
