<p>The public proposal is something we African copied from the Whites and is no way our culture thought as kneel in Public and propose.</p>

<p>Most men have been embarrassed but it hasn&#8217;t served as enough deterrent to other men and they still gather the vigor to do it publicly.</p>



<p>Research has shown that 60% of men who propose in Public get rejected. Sometimes their expectations are too high that&#8217;s why they get disappointed most of the time.</p>



<p>Nevertheless, a similar event has occurred in Public. A gentleman who proposed to her lady in Public got rejected. The lady embarrassed him so badly.</p>
