A young lady has tattooed her HIV status, ‘HIV+’ on her private part in an attempt to announce her status.

This was revealed by a Twitter user, Katie K with Twitter handle, @KatieKleir. According to Katie, who took the opportunity to announce her HIV status – ‘she might as well get a tattoo’ so everyone will finally know that she is HIV Positive.

She tweeted:

“F**k it might as well get a tattoo now since I have the shit… recently found out I’m HIV positive sorry to everyone affected by this,”

Katie K’s tweet went viral immediately with many ‘tweeps’ commending her for her honesty and boldness to announce her HIV status.
