Last Saturday, award-winning Kumawood actor Kojo Nkansah Lilwin was involved in a severe car accident that resulted in the destruction of his unregistered AMG-branded Benz.
The accident occurred in Amakom, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti region.
Reports indicate that Lilwin was traveling with two others when his Benz collided head-on with another vehicle.
All three individuals sustained injuries and were promptly rushed to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
After receiving medical attention, Lilwin was discharged and proceeded directly to the CCB Auditorium at KNUST for the premiere of his movie, “A Country Called Ghana.”
Lilwin’s spiritual father, Adom Kyei Duah, addressed the incident during a sermon to his congregation last Sunday. The prominent man of God described the accident as a spiritual test, revealing that he had prayed for Lilwin’s safety, and his prayers were answered.
“The accident was a spiritual test,” Kyei Duah said. “I prayed to God to see my son through the accident, and my prayers were answered.”
