Police have apprehended a 35-year-old man suspected of murdering three women in the Krobo area.
According to reports, he was allegedly hired by a chop bar operator with intentions of using parts of the victims for ritualistic purposes.
Identified as Richard Tetteh, the suspect confessed that the chop bar owner tasked him with extracting foam and liquid from the victims’ private parts, promising him GHC500 for each victim.
Richard admitted to taking the life of one woman in Otorkporlu on February 2, 2024, and subsequently committing the same crime against two other women in Nuaso Ogyam Aklomuase and Sekesua within the first two weeks of April.
Currently, Richard is in police custody awaiting trial for these atrocious acts.
