A hilarious incident that happened at Ashaiman Appolonia captured the moment a trotro mate was being lashed like a Tulaku Goat.
This was just because he stole his driver’s phone and sold it at Apollonia for a cheap price and he was being punished for his sin.
He was being lashed with a cane at the back with his hands and legs held tight by strong men. He was screaming but they kept on inflicting pain on him.
