<p>They don&#8217;t get spared, they get beaten to a pulp which sometimes even leads to their ultimate death. </p>

<p>However, a thief who was caught was handed over to a “matwo” man to discipline him for his brain to come back to factory settings. He really gave him heavy-duty slaps face to face till he started begging. </p>
